We are committed to providing the best delivery experience possible. We’ve built our shipping policies around this goal, and offer multiple options so that you can choose what’s best for your package.
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase, with a maximum delivery period of 7-10 days. If your order hasn’t arrived in that time frame, please contact us so that we can make things right!
For Domestic Orders
- We charge nominal shipping fee of Rs 40 for order having value less than Rs 500. There is no shipping charge in case of order value is more than Rs 500.
- We also offer COD (Cash on Delivery) service for our domestic customers. We charge flat Rs 60 for all COD orders irrespective of their order value.
- COD service is not available for the orders having value more than Rs 2,000.
Orders are sent out as soon as possible, and you should get them in 7 to 10 business days. However, RAUR Tea’s logistics are provided by third-party service providers. The service level agreement (SLA) provided by our service providers forms the basis for all communication regarding order delivery.
Monday through Saturday are our working days, with the exception of Sunday and holidays. All orders will be delivered to the shipping address that you provided when placing your order.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the complete shipping information and the courier service’s tracking number. You can also monitor the status of your order on the RAUR Tea website www.raurtea.com .
